Main responsibilities: The "psychologist" role at "Zornitsa" kindergarten in Pleven, under project APSPO BG05M2OP001-3.005-0004, includes duties related to observing children, providing general support for their mental health and development, helping them understand how mental-health concerns shape children's emotional and behavioral expression, and taking part in addressing them.
Working with parents as needed, and contributing to the development of institutional child-protection policy and prevention of bullying and violence among children.
Active contribution to building a positive psychological climate in the educational environment. Support in creating an organizational culture of tolerance toward differences, cooperation, and mutual aid.
0.5 FTE. Initial pre-selection by the labor office, final selection by the employer.
