To support every psychologist's work with children, we present the interactive book–game "I sense, I think, I understand my body". It contains 21 games, designed for children ages 6 to 14. They aim to help the child understand and explore their emotions and reactions. They are split into two groups. The first relates to the child's image of themselves — their thoughts, needs, and reactions. The second group looks at the basic emotions (fear, anger, sadness, and joy) and how they show up in the body.
The games are arranged in separate envelopes. Each game is marked with a symbol and colors. Two human figures are included in the folder.

The contents include the following games:

When I'm happy, when I'm sad…
Kind words for me.
My body's passport.
Group two
Fears:
Looking anxiety in the eye.
How big is your fear?

Looking at anger up close.
The anger scale.
What can I do instead of hitting?
Sadness:
Making friends with sadness.
Peeking into our sadness.
The dandelion of sadness.
The boat.
Joy:
Sharing and expressing joy.
The balloons of joy.
The sun.



The author of the concept and the games is Milena Manova — certified psychotherapist, master trainer and supervisor in psychotherapy. Director of the Institute of Positive Psychotherapy, recipient of the 2018 BAP award for contribution to psychotherapy.
