More about family constellations

Family constellations is a powerful therapeutic method that can reveal hidden inner dynamics in our family of origin or current family, and in doing so help us heal certain relationships or resolve a present-day life situation. A constellations case can be recognized when we somehow can't connect what we're feeling to the objective situation we find ourselves in.

How do family constellations help?

Through the method of family and systemic constellations participants can work on personal topics, for example:
- difficult relationships with a partner, parent, or child;
- other difficulties such as anxiety and fear;
- recurring events that we draw into our lives;
- working relationships, or issues around success and professional fulfillment, and others.

More abstract topics that can be explored through this method also include our health, goals and decisions, inner conflicts, difficult circumstances, and phobias.

How does the method work?

Most people hold an inner image of how things are. As a first step, we lay this image out in front of us, so we can see it from the outside. We bring out thoughts, feelings, relationships, and start looking for a resolution. Through the movements and rearrangements of the representatives that depict this picture, the goal is to arrive at a new healing image, with which we can replace the old one.

No prior experience with the method is required. The workshop is held in a small group with limited spots, so advance registration with full name and phone number is necessary.
